Packing and unpacking the case is absurdly quick and easy; any model, however pointy, placed anywhere within the channels will be protected, just as well as if you'd spent countless hours hacking away at a custom fit. You’ll free up more time to concentrate on games, painting or just showing off your miniatures collection.
We know that you want the best protection for your miniatures – the foam inside the case is slightly larger than the case itself, and will compress around the figures when closed, ensuring a minimum of movement for any miniature. This massive case features metal-reinforced hinges, fixed handles on each side, metal-core nylon catches, and a metal lattice to reinforce both the lid and the base to increase its strength. If your collection is impressive enough to warrant it, you can even stack them with no fear of damage.
The hinges are designed with an ergonomic shape, including a folding hinge on the top as well as the fixed handles on the sides. You’ll find the construction solid, and enjoy peace of mind as you prepare for apocalyptic clashes across the grim darkness of the far future, as well as the Mortal Realms.

Please note, only items shipping using our couriers (Canada Post) are eligible for a refund under this policy. Border City Games retail location does not offer refunds for items purchased in store. Please see our comprehensive Sales Policy in store for more information.
Items are ineligible for any exchanges or refunds under the following circumstances:

- Used games or other used products
- Orders shipped internationally (outside of Canada)
- Damage to internal components or missing components due to manufacturing error
- Special order items
- Items without a factory seal
- Any wooden products, or products under the Classic Games category
The following items will not be eligible for exchange even with the factory seal:
- All Sports/Trading Card Game products (Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, etc.)
- Any electronic games and/or computer software
- Any items at clearance prices
- Any special order items
- Any Games Workshop items
- Paints, painting accessories, Chessex dice cubes or bulk dice
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason contact us by email. If we provide an RMA number you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange to www.bordercitygames.ca by Canada Post with tracked and insured mail.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds for items returned more than fourteen (14) days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount, the cost to reship and/or handling charges will be incurred unless this was an error on our part.
Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. The cost of shipping to you is not refunded.
The cost of shipping the item to www.bordycitygames.ca is the responsibility of the customer.
Damage Claims
Orders are packed carefully to ensure integrity of product upon arrival to you. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, damage to products can occur during the shipping process. Please refer to the following paragraph for a definition of damage.
Items are ineligible for any damage claims under the following circumstances:
- Items at a discount of 25% off or greater
- Used games or other used products
- In store pickup
- Orders shipped internationally (outside of Canada)
- Damage to internal components or missing components due to manufacturing error
Definition of Damage
We reserve the right to refuse damage claims for the following types of damage:
- Any damage to shrink wrap
- Minor corner dents or dings
- Minor box indentation
- Any damage that does not affect the integrity of the game components
- Shelf wear
Claims will be evaluated on a case by case basis. We will require pictures of the damaged components, and the packaging of the order within 5 business days of your order being received in order to process any damage claims.
Missing Components or Damage to Internal Components
We are not responsible for any items that are factory sealed that have missing components or damage caused by manufacturing error (Misprints, folded cards, etc.). It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer or publisher of the product and issue a claim with them. If you require assistance with this, we are able to provide contact information for you.
Event Pre-registration Cancellations
We reserve the right to apply a 25% administrative fee for cancellations made four days or more before the event date. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
In-store Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds on sales, however some products may qualify for exchange as outlined below.
In some instances, we may be willing to offer store credit on returns, on items which qualify under our exchange policy.
While we do offer exchanges for some products, however please note that the following items are FINAL SALE:
